Walk This Way grew from a genuine love of planning and organizing, inspired while coordinating our own wedding. Event Coordination
Our Event Coordination package is ideal for clients who have planned their event but want a professional to oversee execution, logistics, and vendor management on the day itself.
We handle the moving parts - you focus on the experience.
Pre-Event
Consultation 4 - 6 weeks before the event to review the plans.
Venue walkthrough (if local).
Creation of a master event timeline and vendor contact sheet.
Coordination with vendors for scheduling and logistics.
Event Day
On-site coordination (up to 10 hours).
Vendor check-ins and management.
Schedule oversight and cueing activities.
Troubleshooting and guest assistance.
Post-Event
Oversee breakdown and cleanup.
Ensure vendor responsibilities are completed.
